34-year-old female 4'11", 110lbs who had 4 children that had excess skin of her abdomen and deflation of her breasts. She underwent an abdominoplasty as well as augmentation mastopexy with silicone implants , Sientra HSC+ moderate profile 250cc with reinforcement with galaflex mesh. This was used in this patient because of poor skin quality at baseline to try to prevent bottoming out of implant.
